How fast is delivery?
We deliver the same day in Amman, and in 1–2 days to every other governorate in Jordan. Delivery costs 3 JOD and is free on orders over 50 JOD.
Which clip holds thick hair?
Claw clips and the French styling clip hold the most hair. For fine hair or a half-up look, the snap clips and jewelled clips hold neatly. Each product page says what it suits.
Can I see every colour?
Yes. Each product page shows its colours, with a photo of each one where we have it. Pick a colour and its photos come first.
How can I pay?
Pay in cash when your order arrives. We call to confirm your order before we send it.
Can I return a product?
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn hair accessories can't be returned unless they're faulty.
